Why We Built This Site

Tennessee permits access to many public court records, yet the correct custodian depends on the court. Justin Emerson's Circuit Court Clerk office handles the Chester County Circuit and General Sessions records described by the county. Keith Frye's Clerk & Master office keeps Chancery, probate, trust, and related family files. Henderson's City Recorder handles its municipal docket. We bring together the verified contacts, official search limits, and request steps for those distinct offices.

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
